PALMER - A judge has entered pleas of not guilty on behalf of five call firefighters accused of setting fires in three vacant buildings in Brimfield and Holland.
ORANGE - State police say a 59-year-old North Adams woman is dead after a compact hatchback she was driving on Route 2 eastbound veered across the median and crashed into two other vehicles in Orange.
CHATHAM - Officials in Chatham say they are relieved that Earl has weakened but are still warning residents and tourists not to "tempt fate" by venturing too close to the water at the height of the storm Friday night.
